COVID-19 Protocol Information

We are taking additional precautionary measures within all of our practices to keep our staff, doctors, patients, and clients safe, while we continue to provide patient care.


We have increased our protocols throughout all three of our practices to minimize the spread of COVID-19. 

We Are Welcoming Clients With Patients Back Into Our Hospital.

Appointment, Admits, And Dismissal Visits

Masks are to be worn at all times while visiting the hospital. Appointments and Dismissals will be checked out in rooms 

  • Up to 2 people with masks may accompany a patient into the hospital for

    • Scheduled appointments

    • Surgical admit

    • Hospitalization admit

    • Major treatment dismissals with an appointment.

  • We will continue to offer curbside service to those people that feel more comfortable staying in their cars.

  • Our hospitals will have rooms cleaned between each pet visit and additional cleaning supplies available to our clients if you want to sanitize more.

Grooming and Boarding

All grooming and boarding are to be prepaid over the phone before curbside pickup.

  • We are continuing to ask all baths, boarders, and groomings, to call on arrival for one of our staff members to come out for curbside pick up.

  • During the day, we will contact you with your total for easy payment. 

  • Once you arrive to pick up your pet, please call and we will bring your pet out to your car.

Medication and Food Refills

  • You can call in your prescription refills and request it to be mailed to your home 

  • You can also call in your prescription or food refill request and one of our staff members will bring it to your car for curbside service. 

  • For after-hour services, we can leave your prescription or food refill in a labeled bag for pick up in the front of our building.  

Patient Visitation or Consultation

Routine dismissals, questions or inquiries will be discussed over the phone

  • Anytime, at your request, during our business hours, we will be able to facilitate your visit with your hospitalized pet. 

  • If you need to speak to any of our doctors or staff members regarding the care of your pet, we will work you into our schedule.

  • You can email questions and comments to any of our hospitals.
