Roxann Conklin
Roxann began her career at The Veterinary Clinic in 2000. She returned to the work force after running her own business for 12 years. She started as a receptionist and has trained multiple employees on the importance of customer service in the front office. She remained "Queen" of client service for 6 years and then progressed to accounts payable and inventory manager. In 2009 she handed over the reins of inventory ordering to her daughter Kim Conklin. She wanted to focus more on other aspects of the hospital. You will find her smiling face in customer service on Fridays, but typically she is able to telecommute.
