Little Orphan Annie
Little Orphan Annie came to our house to stay
To play with kids and sleep indoors
And keep her belly full
To spread her joy and play with toys
And live a life that’s fitting
Of a beautiful dog that’s been out in the cold to long
And missed too many meals.
Later in the evening time
When all the day is done
We all set around the campfire and have the mostes fun
A’ listen to the tales of old that Annie tells about
And the Goblins will get you if you don’t watch out.
Little Orphan Annie says
That when the blaze is blue
And the lamp wick flutters
And the wind goes woo
You better mind your parents and all those that’s dear
And cherish those that love you
And dry an Orphans tear
And help the poor and needy ones that
Cluster all about---or the goblins will get you if you don’t watch out.

In 2005 The Riddle of Penelope’s Pets (TRPP) collected over $1500.00 for victims of the Katrina hurricane. The money was raised from face painting at Art in the Park and concerned clients and friends.
Because they are unable to care for themselves, it is a privilege to be able to care for them.
